Eligibility requirements for 12 for Life:

1. The student must be 16 years old.

2. Pass a drug screening.

3. Need additional support to complete high school.

If eligible, students can participate in the 12 for Life program that allows them to combine classroom instruction (earning credits for graduation) with four-hour work shifts. Students are automatically scheduled to work 2nd shift so that we can provide transportation to and from the program.

The following shifts are available for HCHS students:

2nd Shift - 1:00 - 5:00 pm (bus runs from the school to program and back)

Transportation is provided for the program during the school day and for summer months.

Any student interested in participating in the program should contact Mr. Wahl via email or make an attempt to see me during Braves Block.

Once an application has been submitted, you will receive a call from a 12 for Life representative to set up an interview. The interview process could take up to 4 hours. Please take the following documents with you to the interview:

1. SS Card

2. Birth Certificate

3. Photo ID - Must be issued by the DMV (State Issued)

4. Parent/Guardian
