Mrs. Kelly Atkins

Fourth Grade Teacher

Mrs. Atkins is originally from Jonesboro in Clayton County. She is very proud to be a true Georgia native. Her continuing educational desires have led her to receive a Master of Education Degree in Early Childhood from Boston University in 1990 and a Specialist in Education Degree from the State University of West Georgia in 2003.
Mrs. Atkins has taught in a number of outstanding school systems in Georgia, Mississippi and South Carolina in her 26 year career, including the Department of Defense Dependents Schools (DoDDS) in Frankfurt Germany.
Mrs. Atkins enjoys traveling, reading, working in her vegetable garden and playing with her dog Lucy Mae.
